Family First Sunday – Nov. 6

We will observe All Saints Day with a special Family First faith formation program at 10 a.m. Nov. 6 at the Morning Star Lutheran Prayer Labyrinth. The labyrinth is next to the MSLC Chapel, near the corner of N.C. 51 and Idlewild Road. Come join us for a special program to remember the saints.

Reformation Sunday – Oct. 30

Morning Star Lutheran Church will mark the 499th anniversary of the start of the Reformation during services this Sunday. Eight MSLC youth will receive Confirmation and will be honored in a 10 a.m. reception in the FLC Gym. And to mark Reformation Sunday, we’re asking everyone to wear red!

Fall Festival – Oct. 29

Our annual Fall Festival will take place from 2-4 p.m. Saturday in the FLC Gym. It’s open to the public, and children can enjoy the bounce house, can play a variety of games, and can participate in cake walks. Costumes are welcome, but you also can come as you are.
